Joanne Fern has more than 27 years of experience as the owner of J&S Operated Equipment Rentals. Throughout her career, she has set herself apart as an expert in administration and billing. Ms. Fern’s duties encompass all operations of the company, which rents excavation and demolition machinery, in addition to providing grading services.

She became involved in her profession because her husband was a heavy equipment operator. He was working with a client who needed more owners and operators, so she told him she would help so she could secure a contract for herself and get a foot in the door.
